Lily Banks,

Lily Banks, LPC

Many people have used philosophy and faith in order to understand the world around them and how to navigate life’s many challenges. Lily Banks is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, at Me, Myself, and Healing Counseling with a focus on trauma healing, the LGBTQIAA community, and neurodivergency, by creating genuine connections and personalized care. As a therapist Lily utilizes themes of understanding and connectedness in order to heal from trauma and regain a sense of self. Lily understands that we are all unique and different because of our unique backgrounds, values and beliefs, culture, and temperament. Celebrating what makes us unique can also provide us with the strength to take on difficult situations, especially when our mental health symptoms make it difficult for us.

Lily works with adults of all ages, navigating challenges with sustainable routines, LGBTQIAA affirming care, trauma recovery, and a wide range of mental health disorders. Through self-exploration and strength building, Lily encourages self-motivation and accountability, in order to feel more grounded and mindful. Lily utilizes mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and distress tolerance techniques, allowing YOU to feel more conscious of YOUR symptoms and regain focus when navigating challenges.

Through mindfulness and an empowering approach, we'll build the skills that help you grow and feel steady. Whether your diagnosis came in childhood, your teens, or adulthood, together we will explore what being neurodivergent means to you, and redefine your relationship to daily life on your own terms.
