Clinical supervision at Me, Myself & Healing Counseling Services is designed to support LMSWs in Texas as they grow into confident, grounded clinicians. Supervision is collaborative, honest, and focused on helping you strengthen your clinical judgment while developing a professional identity you feel proud of.



Our approach is steady and supportive. You receive clear feedback, space to process client work, and guidance that connects theory to real life situations. Supervision is available for LMSWs working in community agencies, hospitals, schools, private practices, and other settings across Texas.

What Supervision Looks Like

Supervision gives you time to understand your cases more deeply and grow your skills with structure and intention. Sessions offer:

Case Consultation

You can talk through complex cases, ethical questions, treatment planning, and how to use different modalities with clarity and purpose.

Support with Boundaries

We explore how to set realistic limits with clients, coworkers, and agencies so your work remains sustainable.

Skill development

This includes assessment, documentation, client engagement, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.

Professional identity

You learn to show up as a stable, confident clinician who understands their role and scope in each environment.

Who We Supervise

Building hours toward LCSW licensure

Wanting support around client crises or complex presentations

Transitioning from school settings to agency or private practice work

Supervisees often work with clients facing trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship stress, and chronic emotional strain. We help you understand patterns, respond with confidence, and stay grounded while supporting others.

What You Can Expect From Us

Supervision is structured, consistent, and focused on helping you grow with clarity. You receive a supportive space to talk openly, honest guidance that strengthens your skills, and practical tools for documentation, assessment, and treatment planning. Sessions also give you room to process emotional strain or pressure from your role while providing steady accountability that keeps you moving toward your LCSW.

Individual Supervision

1:1 Clinical Development

$150/hour

Access to Clinical Curriculum, Personalized growth plan.

Group Supervision

Includes: Access to Clinical Curriculum to further development, Group Case Consultation, and typesetting industry.

$60/hour

Small cohorts (6 to 8 members). Evidence-based tools and techniques. Peer feedback guided by an LCSW-S, and network building.

Ready to Start Supervision
